It was about Dumbledore controlling Harry, and making a peace treaty with Voldemort. Everyone just thought Harry was an airhead, no one knew Dumbledore controlled him. The last I read was that Harry left all his belongings behind, the invisibility cloak with a spell on it so that it only works for Voldemort. Harry loves Voldemort, and says goodbye to him before he leaves. Voldemort also hadn't noticed the controlling of Harry and also dismissed him as an airhead.
