shortly after FemNaru is born the Sandaime Hokage uses an ANBU-Level disguise Seal in order to hide her gender from the public out of fear of what they might do to her after witnessing their anger and willingness to attack & condemn a defenceless child,

flash forward to Sasuke betraying the Leaf,
After piercing Naru’s chest with the Chidori he is left surprised and more then a little turned on when the seal breaks due to it being placed near her heart, leaving him staring at a now female Red-Headed Uzumaki who due to the location of the Chidori Strke currently has her rather well developed breasts completely exposed to him 

Naru meanwhile is terrified now that her Seal has broken and is paralysed with fear as the last time this happened she was almost raped by a small group of Shinobi who were attacking her (luckily she was saved by Kakashi and Anko in ANBU Forms) with a slight push from the Curse Seal Sasuke manages to pin her in place and strip the rest of the clothes of her, unknowing or uncaring of her current crumbling mental state and whilst high on the effects of the Curse Seal proceeds to rape her repeatedly

Kakashi arrives at the Valley of the End to find a naked, beaten, Bloody and obviously used Naru barely clinging to life, he manages to get her back to the leaf and Tsunade in time to be healed, however due to what was done to her by Sasuke, those in the know refused to talk about it openly leading Sakura to convinve Ino to use her abilities on Naru to find out what happened to their “beloved” Sasuke

Ino relctuantly agrees and with Sakura’s help manages to sneak into Naru’s room and enter her mind, the Kyuubi hides itself from her presence and instead manipulates her Jutsu into forcing her to watch almost all of Naru’s memories concerning the Seal and how she was treated before showing Ino what happened during and after the Battle in attempt to help out its Jinchuuriki, and if it just happens to send a little bit of its Chakra into the Mindwalker’s own Chakra Network causing her to become slightly protective of its container then it isn’t like anyone would know about it to complain, right?

from there its up to the writer where to go, things i would like to see however are:

1 – FemNaru is not an airhead or an idiot like her male counterpart, nor is she suddenly an s-class genius with mastery of multiple shinobi arts, she is smarter then she lets on (growing up as a Female jinchuuriki ensures she has to be) and whilst intelligent is still more of a kinesthetic learner
2 – She has a healthy fear of most males due to what has happened both recently and previously in her past, thus making her own preferences decidedly Female
3 – Anko was placed as her ANBU Guard when she was younger and after finding out about the Gender Seal took on a more maternal role in her life after seeing the how similarly they were treated by the peoples of Konoha (equivalent to relationship between Kuranai and Hinata in most fanfictions)
4 – Sakura is a total and complete bitch to Naru with absolutely no redemption possible whatsoever and what happens to her is the Writers choice
5 – Itachi learns about what Sasuke did to his previous charge an surrogate little sister and he is PISSED!! (capital letters are necessary for how pissed he is)
6 – Curious Danzo, who wonders how and why so many higher ups in Konoha gravitate around this little girl takes a personal interest to sate his own curiosity, good or bad outcome is up to the writer
7 – Gradual Tagteam Yandere Ino & Hinata, who are out for Sasuke’s Blood for what he did to their precious Naru, along with most the Civilian populace & some of the idiotic Shinobi who refuse to see her as anything other then the Fox
