One of the nurses ends up calling Snape because she doesn’t think he will make it. Apparently the Dursleys have been selling parts of Harry and had his voice box cut so he couldn’t cry. The order members obliviate Harry from the hospital staff’s memory. This is where the details get fuzzy. I am pretty sure Snape ends up raising him and I think it is Drarry.
