For whatever reason (genuinely wanting to be a girl, just liking the cute clothes, because girls get judged better in contests, etc), he’s been pretending to be a girl basically the whole time they’ve known each other. It just never exactly came up in conversation. The issue being, they’ve long since developed mutual crushes on each other, and the protagonist isn’t quite sure how to feel, despite his rival’s insistence that “she’ll” continue to act the same and really does want to be his girlfriend. Then all hesitation disappears when romantic shenanigans wind up showing him that a)his new “girl”friend has the most delicious ass he’s ever seen, and b)she also has the tiniest, most adorable, and frankly feminine penis imaginable. And they fuck like rabbits. Specifically, aside from the alternate gender protagonists, I also thought to include Shauna from XY as an optional trap for this. And as another interesting note that I noticed: in Gen 4, Dawn/Lucas actually have some resemblance, and Dawn looks just like a younger Johanna. The protagonist lives alone with his/her mother, while the alternate lives with her/his father, grandfather, and sister. So, possibly a broken home?
