Looking for a NaruSasuNaru fic where Kyuubi tries to drive Naruto crazy and doesn't let him sleep

Hello. I’m looking for this old fic that had a long Japanese Title in where in this story, Kyuubi starts to torment Naruto, whispering things to him and not letting him get any sleep. Sasuke starts to notice it and starts to go to Naruto’s apartment and sleeps next to him even though Naruto protest at first. In this same story, a conceited Lord is obsessed with Sasuke and even blackmails him to sleep with him and if he doesn’t, Naruto gets exiled from Kohona. Some time later, a attack happens and Sasuke falls from a cliff or bridge, I don't remember, and Naruto thinks he’s dead. But in reality, Sasuke just lost his sight and his memories. So can anyone please, tell me what’s the title and the author of this story? It was one of my favorites.  Please and Thank you.
