Guest DinaTheCat
The idea is that the curse Dolohov uses on Hermione in the Department of Mysteries is not a painful/lethal curse, but a curse used centuries ago on sex slaves. The usual effects of the curse cause instant sterilisation (and stops menstruation), an extremely high libido (and near constant arousal), and an extremely strong attachment and feeling of loyalty to the person who cast the curse and his allies - enough to do whatever they ask, without question. Dolohov casting the curse silently can have whatever effects you like
