Like if I were looking for Watersports but just wanted to use the tag WS it's almost next to impossible to find it because of how the system works with the 4 character limit for searches. And a lot of people use WS for the tags instead of Watersports like: http://original.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600104229To make it worse even if I use - or * I still end up with tags that I don't want. We tend to roll any upgrades out slowly and carefully, so we don't disrupt the normal functioning of the archive. One of the things being worked on is the ability to search by tag. Not being the coder, I can't tell you if the function will be able to search shorter tags. I can tell you that it's in the works, however.
