Sherlock always bottom, never make many noises and I think he doesn't cum most of the times, he's trying to pass as a woman (? He shaves, gets perfume and all I think ?) Sherlock thinks John wants someone to fuck while he thinks of Mary and John just thought Sherlock was shy. Someday John figures it out whats happening and hurt/comfort and angst happens.
