The majority of it is fuzzy to me but I do remember the ending. Itachi reveals to Naruto that he is an incubus and he loves Naruto. They know that they can't be together but want to. If Itachi overfeeds from someone, he dies. Itachi fucks Naruto to death and his body burst into flames.
