It was seto/joey, seto was a dragon and i want to say he kidnapped joey but that might not be right since I just remember joey moving in with him. He uses his tongue to molest joey since he's lacking the proper parts, something happens and they end up on a island, something involving gems? Joey gets turned into a dragon somehow. It's actually on Fanfiction.net, so i don't know if they posted it here too, but it's called Dragon's Kiss by Jupter 13. You can find it on my page in my favorites archive, my pen name is Taigon Shikkin. Or you can just search it here, but it's still really good and it has most of what your speaking of at least.
