Inuyasha was rich and lived with his father, and he and Kagome got mated on her birthday. Kouga had tried to rape her later on in the story. This was also this story where Inuyasha was blackmailing Kagome once and he spanked her under the school bleachers. And another with a chapter called, "A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words" and Kagome was posing for pictuces that she sent to Inuyasha.
