Most of the Fourth Division's mail is fan mail for him from his fangirls. But one girl wants him for herself,and that girl is Captain Soifon. She sends a message to the fourth asking for assistance and asks for specifically. When he gets there she attacks him, and forces him to have sex with her, or die. Of course, he has sex with her.
