She's noticed his progression over the past few years and decides it's time for him to be promoted. When he gets there Isane is also there. Captain Unohana wants to see just how much he's improved, and wants Isane to help him. She has them have sex while she watches them. As she watches them she starts getting aroused but what she sees. She can't stand it anymore and eventually joins them, making it a threesome. Hanataro bangs them both. At first, he is nervous and scared, but after they start he gets into it.
