Nah!It's just your first time!I think you have up to 4 chances before anyone abandons you!I mean there are stories here that have been written, abandoned, rewritten, abandoned and rewritten again!Sometimes more!If the story is good enough,we'll probably follow it till we shrivel up and die.Or our dad finds our Slash Stash.Whichever happened first! But maybe the latter will result in the first one?I digress.

Yes!I mean how much in denial can one person be?I think Fico sees the world as only black or white. He didn't say he's gay so he must be straight no question involved.

Thanks for updating!I mean after all those regular posts to not update for 4 months, everyone thought you've abandoned it!

You know I kept posting here I was working on it...I dunno why ppl thought I'd abandoned it. I'll never abandon a work completely, they're all too close to my heart. If I didn't think it was worth continuing, I wouldn't start it in the first place.

So rest assured the stories will continue!

Slash stash, I love that. ;)

Um...I'm procrastinating right now and checking obsessively to see if anyone else writes a review - that's you Lisa!

TRUgrit 2013-10-04 id # 3000212552 MM!! U killed it with that cop scene. I love how it came out. Glad ur not dead by the way and I don't have to sound crass :) I was too into the story to notice grammar. I'll prob hit u up more in a bit (I'm on hold at work right now shhh!) but awesome awesome job!

@TG: Thanks for taking the time to read it :). I wasn't sure how to do the cop scene but I'm glad you liked that. I really didn't want it to turn into another rapefic, so I had Fico top. I think I might have found all the mistakes in spelling and English grammar, not so sure about the Spanish but I'm feeling lazy and will check that later.

blankiz 2013-10-04 id # 3000212556 Wow i just read all your story and i love it is great my native language is spanish so is refreshing seeing all the effor you put in it i know spanish can be hard i'm a real mexicana jajajaj that was hilarious anyway I really hope you can updatee your story very soon I've seen have a question in the first chapters there was this singao word I don't really know if it's some kind of cuban slang but it remind me of chingao as in chinga tu madre o vete a la chingada they both mean almost the same jajaja is kind of hard explain maldiciones bad words jajaja anyway if there's anything I can help you with or some question or anything my mail balniz91 at gmail .com I reeally hope u can update soon I wanna know what's gonna happen I really liked joaco but cheating is a no no for me so sad ....

@blankiz: Hola chica, thanks for the fab review! Yeah I'm not that great with Spanish, my grammar is atrocious and I mostly know maldiciones! Yeah I think chinga tu madre means the same thing as vete a cingao. Thanks so much for the offer of help, I could really use it. I hope you answer your email, another girl said the same thing but never answered :(. Maybe it went to spam. I'll try to update soon, I'm just trying to figure out where to go from here, if Joaco and Fico make up, or if Fico breaks it off and goes to live with Luke's family.

You know, I'm an idiot!

You kept responding to my nagging and I didn't even know it! lol I would have written right back on here! I'm smacking myself in the head for you, don't worry. ;)

I was about to read the new chapter (you were talking about moving and that's what I've been doing and running back and forth to the old house to clean/fix/rip up carpet, shit like that and that's why I haven't had a chance to check out the new chapter), and thought, "Why don't I look at the response page first?" Lucky I did!

I'm really sorry you have been going thru so much shit, Magic. I have to commend you though: writing is a very difficult thing. You have to come up with new ideas, storylines, dialogues, etc. I can certainly understand how writers can experience writer's blocks, and whatnot.

It's funny, I was reading one of the chapters of "Coming Home" when TRU mentioned that the chapter was edited by you and I had to ask her to ask you about OFW. lol

Anyway, I am just ecstatic that you're back! :) And don't worry, Magic - every writer gets into slumps and experiences writer's block, and if it takes awhile in between chapters, then so be it. As long as I know you're not abandoning it, I'll be here patiently waiting. :) No worries. Your mental health is certainly more important than a story.

Oh, a page or so earlier I saw a reader recommended two stories to you: "Bad Reputation" and "Loser" - both fantastic stories if you have time to read them. =)

Now I gotta keep reminding myself to check out this page! ;)

Hey Lisa, no worries! I'm actually almost done with the next chapter. I sat down a couple nights ago and it all just flowed out really naturally. Phew! I love it when it's easy.

I will check those stories out, if both of you say they're good!

If you like sk8r boi slash, you should read Skater Boys: Gay Erotic Stories, edited by Neil Plakcy. I bought it on Amazon for "research purposes" LOL. Really hot! Like flame-grilled roasting rating.

Lol, Magic. That should be a good topic of convo when one of my kids come home and say, "Oh, there's a package from Amazon outside. I'll open it up." lol Yeah, that should be good. They already think it's weird I read and edit gay porn. ;) The ex just found out that what I edit is gay porn. I was nonchalantly saying they were romance stories (which technically they are), like a Harlequin romance novel. Ok, not so much there. lol So he makes me tell him the name of the publishing company I'm doing work for and he goes, "This is light porn." Ha, nothing light about it, mister! lol Then he says, "Oh, they stopped accepting M/F stories; they only accept M/M stories now. I hope your story is M/M." Boy was I surprised that that he even KNEW what M/M was! I didn't until I found this site! lol

You will definitely love "Bad Rep" and "Loser". "Loser" is my favorite of the two b/c I love it when two characters meet and just click. Through SweetSurrender's writing, you can feel just how they like each other. "Bad Rep" is great also, don't get me wrong. One of the characters is so hysterical, he's like a laugh per sentence. :) But beware of the grammar and typos and such. The story itself is so good that I just work my way past the errors. lol

If you want other stories from AFF to read I can certainly recommend some. Just let me know. =)

But yeah, getting back to the porn from Amazon - I'll have to check it out b/c it sounds really good. (snicker, snicker, haha) :)

Lisa, you're so funny! I'm kind of glad I don't have kids to explain the "talk" to and peek into my writing/reading habits! That's funny about your ex. I wonder why he hoped you edited M/M? After this chapter is done I'll look into those stories, although I have to admit I hate seeing lots of errors in fanfic.

As to your wonderful review:

Lisa 2013-10-06 id # 3000212588 Magic, well worth the wait!

What a FANTASTIC FUCKING CHAPTER!!!! lol

What a shit Andres was! What a shit Joaco was! I cannot believe Joaco. First I couldn't believe Andres making a pass at Fico, since Joaco is such a good friend of his. Then Joaco and Andres making out, so not good. And the Viagra, so not good.

And poor Fico in the park with the horny cop. That was pretty funny though - the billy club, ewwww. lolz! :)

Luke, as usual, was the savior. I hope Fico will be ok. I didn't realize Viagra can make you so sick. It's not toxic shock or anything, is it?

I also loved the way you used Yiddish (oi vey), in with your Espanol story! lol

Can't wait for the next chapter! :)

I'm pretty sure everyone knows oi vey, right? Viagra overdose is pretty bad, from what I've read from research. All those symptoms are listed, although they usually take 6 hours to diagnose full fledged priapism (an erection that refuses to go away). I think this chapter was good because I had time to really think about each section. Piecing it together was the hard part. For the longest time, I had trouble with the concert and swimming pool scenes.

Andres is pretty jealous of Fico because he still has feelings for Joaco, and was trying to sabotage their relationship. More to be revealed in chapter 13! Chapter 12 is coming out as soon at TRUgrit takes a gander at my second draft.

HOLY FUCKING CRIST ON A CRAKER WHAT A CHAPTER! DAMN I LOVED VERY SENTENCE! I'm glad "Jaco" fucked up big time! Sorry I know I spelled it wrong just didn't want to go back and re-write this review. Anywho I loved the whole cop thing that was really funny! The whole chapter there are just too many parts that just got to me in good ways that I really can't list them all! I bet you did some research on that whole viagra thing too huh? I realize I am puting this chapter and the pervious one together but that's how I read them.... I am so HAPPY that Luke came to terms with telling Fico how he felt about him and how he too realize or found out how Fico felt about him! I just hope Lukes mom isn't like Ficos mom and give the boys grief! I wonder how "Jaco" is going to handel the whole thing with Fico..... I'm sure there's going to be some words of how he was flirting with Luke and treating him second best and so on but I'll just have to wait and read. So for now read ya laters!

@wolfluv: Nice, Christ on a cracker lol :P. Well I got the whole Jesus Christ on toast thing because you can actually buy a Jesus Christ toaster, which is so funny. His name is Joaco, pronounced "Hwa-co" as Joaquin is pronounced "Hwa-keen". I'm so glad you liked this chapter, I wasn't sure if readers would be disappointed with the first romantic interaction between Fico and Luke.

@blankiz: Yeah, there will be plenty of LukexFico moments in coming chapters. I think you and I are the only ones that actually liked Joaco! He is a bastard but he had a reason for that kissing episode, which will be revealed in the next chapter.

Lisa 2013-10-09 id # 3000212663

Holy shit, Magic! What an hysterical chapter!!! I couldn't stop cracking up when McSleepy was describing how long the needles were that he was going to use on Fico! lol

Oh, and McDreamy is on the cover of this weeks's TV Guide. :)

AND LUKE IS BI!!!! LUKE IS BI!!!!!!! Fico finally gets to be with him! Yay! lol

But I don't think Fico had anything to worry about regarding the insurance - all he had to do was show his insurance ID card and they would have billed the insurance company. There would be nothing for his "mother" to approve. Whatever the insurance company didn't pay for, THEN they would bill his mother for the balance. At least that's how it is with my ins. company.

Terrific chapter, Magic!! :)

@Lisa: Actually hypodermic needle gauge indicate thickness. They measure outer diameters, so the smaller the number, the thicker the needle. When I had my ears gauged (meaning the whole was widened), they used a 12-gauge needle. 18 and 19 are actually pretty thick. I'm assuming for Fico's character that he doesn't know much about insurance, since he's never had to pay for it, or any bills actually. Also, he didn't bring his wallet with him, just his keys and phone.

Yeah, Luke is bi. More on that in upcoming chapters. We will see the introduction of his ex, which will complicate things considerably. :)

I'm glad you liked the chapter, I was thinking maybe it sucked because there's not as many reviews as usual, and ppl are afraid to tell me its poorly written. I was reading the story all over again from the start last night on my phone and now my thumb hurts. Lol. I found like a mistake per chapter. I guess maybe others don't notice them, but they REALLY bug me.

I tried to read Bad Repuation but I couldn't get into it. I've read Ch1 of Loser and it seems more interesting.

Definitely stick with "Loser" - it only gets better and better. "Bad Rep" is also great. Maybe you should go to chapter two. You can't always tell how good a story will be by the first chapter. That's happened to me before.

Ah, Fico's not gonna like news of Luke's ex coming around. Is it a he or a she, hmmmmm? lol

Remember Mona? ;)

I kind of skimmed through Loser, the errors did kind of bug me at first but after a while not as much. Is it complete yet? I downloaded 15 chapters. I don't like to read incomplete fics. Lol. Like mine.

Nope, not complete. I think chapter fifteen was the latest update. She tries to update on Fridays, so I'm hoping she has chapter sixteen this Friday. Of course I'm two chapters behind...lol

If you want to read fantastic completed stories, go into Orbiting Jupiter's profile (if she's still on AFF, Idk, haven't seen anything from her in a few years), and read ALL of her stories. They're fantastic. :)

Also, Mahsa's "Muffin". She has a sequel she's writing now also.

Oh, and you HAVE TO read "Close Protection" by Cordelia Kingsbridge. FANTASTIC story!!! Well, these should keep you busy for awhile. lol

But don't get all wrapped up in reading and forget about writing your own FANTASTIC story! lol :)

I tend to read published slash because they're edited and tend to be higher quality - no offense to the amateur writers here! But there's no comparison to a professional with tons of practice. I list most of them on goodreads. I go for stuff with a good plot, not pure porn. My faves are:

Special Forces: Soldiers by Aleksandr Voinov and Marquesate <<< violent but touching, a bit on the long side

I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier (okay dumb title but good book) by Crystal Rose <<<actually very sweet

Stockholm Syndrome by Richard Rider

the series: Warchild, Cagebird and Burndive by Karin Lowachee

Special Delivery and it's sequel, Double Blind by Heidi Cullinan <<< really really enjoyable books!

Scrap Metal by Harper Fox, and most others by Harper Fox <<< so sweet and romantic

Hot Head by Damon Suede <<< also a really enjoyable read

Red Skies by Joanne Kells

How to Save a Life by Sloan Parker <<<kind of scary but awesome and romantic

Zero at the Bone by Jane Seville

Bloodraven by PL Nunn <<<but that's a classic, right, everyone's read that!

Basic Training by Marquesate

Thinking Straight by Robin Reardon

Crossing Borders by ZA Maxfield

Captain's Surrender by Alex Beecroft

Faith & Fidelity by Tere Michaels

Open Cover Before Striking by Willa Okati

State of Mind by Libby Drew

To Catch A Fox by Justin Lovell

Cherry Pie by Samantha Kane

most every book by Ethan Day, his Sno Ho is soooooo hilarious

The Tucker Springs series, like Dirty Laundry, etc.

Simple Men by Eric Arvin

....and dozens others. I love to read!

I'm reading Where You Are by JH Trumble right now and it is pretty good.

Body of review from Fire_Demon follows:

AsdfghjklLukehadknownthewholetimethemotherfucker!!!!Gaaaaaaaah!I'm more embarrassed than what Fico should have been!!!!I mean!...he was!...and then he!...everything was in that bloody journal!and oh god this is so embarrassing!!!

Oh my goodness their earlier conversation when Fico woke up the first time was sooooo embarrassing!!I mean how could they even hold such a conversation!!!???If that was me I most certainly would've curled tightly in the fatal position till I would've turned into a small dot and then vanished from existence!!!

This chapter was so great and I was like:'FINALLY!!!!'*fist pump*.But there was this little thing I dunno you've noticed or not but you've kinda slacked off in the emotion department.I mean in the earlier chapters this wasn't a problem ( at least that's what I remember!),but, well,in this chapter ( (and maybe the one before this, too. But only in some places.)your characters, imo, have morphed into superhuman beings that don't experience emotions the way we do.Fico had been pinning over Luke for the past 11 chapters but his reaction to Luke returning his feelings was so light it was like he had already known.Sure he did express his surprise about Luke being bi by shouting but I just couldn't really feel any emotion behind them.I thought I'm more surprised than Fico and I've already known!!It's like when you scream at someone just for the sake of screaming not because you're really that angry. And then his reaction to Luke confessing was with crying, which I guess was because of him being overwhelmed by the flood of emotion, but then after that he was so normal acting it was like they had already been a couple and his crushes always confess to him and this was a totally normal everyday routine to him.And then was the fact that yesterday couldn't have possibly been what you call a normal day even in Fico standards. So many things happened and I was waiting for Fico or even Luke to have an emotional episode or express some kind of surprise or something but they acted like partying with celebrities, being drugged, finding they boyfriend's cheating on them, being arrested for public indecency, fucking someone in the middle of the road and outside the car I might add, putting on a show for their crushes, having and O.D. and they
crushes confessing, to something big,I might add, moving out and moving in with said crush are somethings that are so normal that are not even worth mentioning! And then there was the fact that Luke confessed and it wasn't like 'yeah I'm bi and I like you, too!' he confessed like he was trying to say he loved Fico and he was moving too fast and I was like 'bloody hell!Where did this
bold incubus come from, where was he in the last chapters and can I have one for myself???!'.And why Fico's friends still haven't ripped the hospital door open or haven't turned Fico's phone into a magical phone that doesn't stop ringing (get the reference?lol!) yet?Or is it that they still haven't registered the fact that both Fico and Luke are missing and it's a wee bit odd because that's Fico's home??? But it's all my opinion anyway!I might be reading too deep or just haven't been paying attention and then there's the fact that it's been a while since I read the earlier chapters and I might've forgotten the signs and gestures here and there!

P.S:Fico hasn't found the pineapple by his bedside table yet?? ;))))))

@FD: Oh such a good review! I love it when a reader finds something wrong so I can fix it.

Um, yeah this whole story is completely absurd. 1) Cubans and Mexicans don't get along. Mexicans think that Cubans are stuck up. Cubans think that Mexicans are illegal wetbacks and don't come here through the right process. This isn't true for everyone, obviously. 2) The dicks are way too big. I mean, come on. 8 inches is already pretty long. 3) These guys are way too hot to begin with. 4) What are the chances that a hot new guy's mom actually works in another hot but insecure guy's mom's law firm? Nada, zip, zero. 5) What are the chances that said insecure yet hot guy gets picked up by a famous model? Who has a crush on him and is secretly insecure and lonely? Also nada, zip, zilch, zed. The list could go on, and on, and on into infinity!

I hadn't really thought specifically about the emotional development. Fico was supposed to be really stunned by the development of Luke being bi, so he didn't even try to kiss Luke back. And the kiss is being saved for next time to keep you interested. Or annoyed or both :D.

I asked TRUgrit for feedback but she was too busy to get back to me. So good thing I have you! Should I rewrite it do you think? I don't really know what to change.

I think Fico is like this guy that hasn't dealt with his dad's death or his mom kicking him out at all. He just hides his pain and thinks that's enough. So when Luke says he's bi, it's like this windfall they he's so grateful for, but scared of at the same time. All he can do is cry because he has all these unshed tears for his dad and mom. He doesn't really know how to connect with someone, all he has is this huge hole inside him that he wants to fill with a boyfriend. But what he really needs is family. Which is where Joaco comes in. Joaco was more of a father figure to him, and the loss of that, or the apparent loss of that, was the most devastating part of the previous night. Part of his memory loss is because he simply can't process it, like PTSD. He unconsciously blocked all that out because it was just too much to bear. In the next chapter, he'll deal with it when he and Joaco get in a fight. That's when all shit gets laid on the table.

I write this story from the perspective of Fico, so you don't get to see things happen to other characters until after the fact. I think you forgot that at the time of Fico leaving, his friends were upstairs so they didn't actually see him go. Only Luke saw it. About 40 minutes passed from the time he left the loft and the time he went to the hospital, so it's plausible that kids during a party don't even notice their friend is AWOL until the next morning, especially if they got drunk. If you know high school kids like I do, they will somehow get a hold of booze in a household and sneak it to their friends in plastic cups so it looks like any old Coke (Okay I might have done that once or twice in my time). When he woke up, Fico deliberately didn't check his messages b/c he was scared. And he was unconscious for most of the time in the hospital. But he actually has a ton messages! See ch 13 :). Yeah a couple of his non-hungover friends are in the waiting room sitting awkwardly wondering if he still has a dick to pee with. LOL.

Usually hospitals here have pretty strict visiting hours, so people can't just sit in the room doodling or whatever waiting for their friends to wake up. They have to sit in the waiting room for hours doing nothing but stewing in their own anxiety. It sucks. So after a couple hours, you're like, "Fuck it, I'm going home. Call me when he wakes up."Obviously Luke has pressured the nurse into letting him stay, but it's rare for doctors to let anyone except for someone's immediate family see them after surgery, unless they ask specifically for them. I think it'd be weird to give someone roses and get well card if they had a Viagra problem but that's just me. ;) It's not something you'd want to tweet about, "Hey man, hope your dick is better!" But that's kind of funny, I might add it to the next chapter!

I really appreciate the review. I love the "wow this is great" reviews but prefer the constructive ones more :).

Fire_Demon 2013-10-10 id # 3000212681 OH MY GOD THAT REVIEW!!!It's like a huge sore in the eye and I can't even find it in myself to go and edit it 'cause I'm doing this on my phone and it's a huge pain even scrolling through it!I'm so sorry!

Heh can you believe it took me one night to finish it?No really!I read this chapter last night and started reviewing but then fell sleep on my phone and had to continue this morning!

And what a chapter!Come on kissss!!!!And then I was like ' bang bang bangdy bang I said bang bang bangdy bang, bang bang bangdy bang'!!!!But of course there's Fico's 'little' (heh) problem...

Oh gawd what's wrong with me!!!!

Can't wait to read more!

@FD: I can't sleep so I'm responding to this at almost 2 am. Ack!

lolz you fell asleep on your phone? Sounds like me! Yeah I can't believe you took an entire day to write a review. Kind of too much effort, don't you think? Get some sleep, girly! I really liked your last review, it was awesomesauce. I suppose just remember this story is steeped in the absurd, and Fico really doesn't like to get all emotional. He just shoves it inside until he has a big burst of anger/sadness. Anger comes next chapter. Part of him just wants to be taken care of, to be babied. So that was kind of his first reaction to Luke. But also, he's afraid to open up to Luke, to kiss him, to be with him, because Luke is so closeted and he's really, really afraid of rejection, the more so since his mom kicked him out. Yeah, kisses to come in later chapters. Hold yer horses! Patience is a virtue.

Yeah no!You know how we have a different time zone here? You must've uploaded your story late morning or early afternoon, right?Well it was 10 pm something here when I read it and I wanted to review right away so I started but boy I was exhausted!(A whole week of staying up late studying the waking up at bloody 5 in the morning everyday does that to you!Fortunately it's weekend now and I got my much needed sleep!)So I fell sleep halfway through my first review. It didn't help that I was already tucked away in bed!heh. It was a good thing too.I get pretty weird when I try to stay coherent when I can't keep my eyes open.I probably would've gone off trying to explain Fico's dick size in the form of calculus and thermodynamics..Too many nights, man, too many nights...And it's only been like 3 weeks....Plus I wouldn't have remembered writing it so it probably would've gone unnoticed...Hey!I didn't do that, did I????? :poke:

Ohohoho you think your story is absurd? Then you probably haven't read 'Chocolate Covered Boxer Briefs'!It's so ridiculous that I couldn't stop laughing while reading it :coffeescreen: !But then again it is fiction world so you can get away with writing absurd, surreal things! But the emotional stuff?Well that's something that's mostly the same throughout all fiction worlds...I get Fico's whole denial,everything-other-than-everyday-work-is-overwhelming-to-me-so-they-couldn't-have-happened and coping mechanisms but somethings just can't be explained away like that.Like why was he so comfortable and snuggling with Luke after such a groundbreaking confession like they had already been a couple? Why was accepting Luke being bi so natural when Fico was dead certain Luke was as straight as an arrow just before that? And most of all, when did Luke become such a schmoopy incubus?!But of course that's where I have to cut myself off.I really don't know much about the coping mechanism where your mind unconsciously forces itself to forget a truly traumatizing memory,so you could be right about it and I would have to do a thorough research if I want to have some ground to argue on :/

Nope I hadn't forgotten that his friends where upstairs when the whole thing happened but after you said it was 2 pm,I thought they should really know by now!But you're right.I don't know much about high schoolers' partying and drinking habits other than the ones I read in fictions!I mean we don't do it here (well not that I'm aware of...maybe it does happen in some of the more loose public high schools,it wouldn't be impossible, but even then it should be a secret as it's not as common as it's in other countries...It does happen often but certainly not in high school...I for myself have never heard nor been to one...) so yeah I take your word for it!!! :running:

Wow I'm so glad I've been of some help!I mean most of the time my reviews are so pointless it's good to know some of my reviews actually help the writers!

Read that you're reading Loser and Bad reputation? They're good but yeah I get it if Bad Reputation didn't catch your attention if you've only read the first chapter!I had to read every sentence at least thrice to make heads and tails of it and it was full of grammatical errors! But it only stays like that for the first few chapters! And when you get to know the real Charles Killian August Harper and his friends  !!!!That story is hilarious and a good read!If you stick around the eye sore parts,it will be worth your while! But that is,of course,if you like silly, pointless stories!I for myself love those kinds of stories and Charlie is like one of my most favorite characters of all time!He and his friends remind me a lot of me and my own gang!

Yeah, well,I get why you prefer the published stories. The polished, mistake less stories that have a sure ending, but you gotta love the sense of modesty that is with most of the online writers! They don't get stuffy because their works were published and they're in touch and in tune with their readers. You don't feel like they're so completely out of reach like most published writers tend to feel and be.You feel like they're human beings like yourself. It's just my opinion anyway! :indubitably:

Ok I've never replied here via phone but what the hey. Um...when I read a story, I just want it to be good. I'm not interested in talking to the author. I guess that's old school, pre-internet and pre-fanfic me talking here. I do love how we amatuers get to share our stories on fanfic websites. I guess that doesn't make any sense!

Oh calculus, those were the days! I actually prefer calc to writing this! Writing is so hard because it's not logical, there are no concrete rules governing your work, and judgement of the results is totally relative and illogical as well. Thermo, not as much fan of. Are we talking chem thermo or physics? Cuz chem is much easier for me. As for OTW, those are really useful comments. Now Ijust have to figure out what to do about it!

Heh well,as you can see,I do like talking to the authors of the stories I like!I wouldn't be here otherwise now would I?:D

Oh really now?Well that's the first time I've heard a fiction writer say something like that!!I mean I can't write ( I do get the urge to,sometimes. But I just can't form a complete plot in my mind!) and I love the sense of freedom one gets when they create a world that no form of logic can bind! That's also why I love the sea as it gives me a sense of freedom, limitless blue with no rules to bind you!

Physics! Most of my work goes around physics so yeah

It is pretty awesome to be able to interact with readers. I heart AFF :).

Yeah, in school I got straight A's in everything EXCEPT physics. I remember the first A- I got was in the third term of my required general physics course. We were doing lenses or some stupid shit. I drew the lens arc wrong on the test, I mean the refracted light hit the wrong point. Damn can you believe I remember that exam? It was a decade ago! Physics is my bane. Physical chemistry was SO EFFING HARD for me, because I couldn't get my head around the probability portion of it.

I really enjoyed calculus, as much as anyone can enjoy math I suppose. It has this great logic to it, and it so useful in the real world (I'm thinking engineers). Don't get me wrong, it was a bit hard to figure out at first. But after a while it became one of my favorite classes.

I do love writing too, but it's a lot of hard work. Maybe because I research as much as I write. I should probably spend less time researching and more time writing, eh?

Man I'm trying to figure out what to do about the lack of emo development! Argh I need a writing class. But I'm too embarrassed to tell someone IRL I'm writing "light porn" lol.

Hmm. Just thinking, I wouldn't be able to write this w/o reader reviews. So I guess it actually helps authors if you review. (Duh!) Maybe I should read more fanfic. I'm such a perfectionist (it's actually a big problem for me) that errors bug me enough to put me off reading something. I read a review on goodreads that one of my favorite published authors had errors in her latest book that I was dying to read, and so I didn't even bother looking at it. Yeah, it's that bad! Actually, I probably wouldn't even read my own fic due to the errors.

I hate the first paragraph of this story but I'm not sure what to do about it.

If I were writing this on paper with pencil, I'd erase it so hard that the eraser nubs would fly everywhere and the paper itself would get a hole in it. I want to burn this story. It's so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I need a blog to put this kind of crap down w/o annoying readers who are just trying to see review responses!

Hmmm....I don't get why so many people dislike Barney...I myself was always neutral about him.But I do remember wanting to be in their show and always being curious as to how they can move the jaw of the costume they were in in time with their speaking...But I did quite dislike Baby Bop...And Dora...

Ha...I guess if I had to point out one class,I'd go with geometry.I know it's wrong and geometry is a lot useful in life but I'd always thought it was created by workless people who were bored out of their mind and had nothing better to do...Me for myself am not practically fond of math but that has to change I guess. The only classes that I listen to with rapt attention are any class that has to do with languages and history and the combination of them!I mean c'mon! But I have to expand my rapt attention span to physics and math too or they would give me lots of grief later...

Maybe you could tell you're writing an M/M story with a bit of 'sidings'?:) They don't have to know everything right? :D

Being a perfectionist can be a pain I guess.I used to be at some point but not in everything. But like for example,if I had to clean somewhere everything had to be squeaky clean or I wouldn't rest. That reminds me,I was down right OCD at some point in my life. That's worse than being a perfectionist!

Man if I had known it would give you this much grief and frustration I wouldn't have mentioned it

hmm I'm sleepless again...using crappy old phone again as I'm too lazy to get out of bed. It's sad, really. ;) Umm...hey I really really appreciated the review so don't feel bad honey buns! It made me think and that's the best kind of review IMHO. As for geometry, ironically that was one of my fave classes in high school. I like puzzles, and making dodecahedron origami and pointless things like that. I also LOVE doing cryptography puzzles, sudoku and all those logic puzzles. To me math is just another language made out of puzzles. Wow that was random. I'm thinking of going back to uni to study cryptology. I'd have 2 years to finish post-baccalaureate in math. To me writing fic is also a puzzle, just one you create and solve on your own.
