It's about Lucius and Voldemort learning that their third mate, Harry, was actually innocent of crimes they accused him of 15 years ago. As such, they had exiled him to rooms in the mansion in a wing where no one goes, except for house elves to bring him meals. He has had no companionship for the whole time, his children told he was an adulterer, and he has been allowed nothing for entertainment except parchment and pen.
