There are many fan fics universes I love, but I read a H:TLJ fic awhile back and cannot seem to locate it since my husband 'defragged the hard drive'. His 'entertainment' stayed in place, a lot of mine mine disappeared into the ether. Anyway the story I'm desperate to find is called "A Fair Trade". I can't remember the name of the author of this incredible story either. The basic plot is that Iolaus makes a trade with the Gods so that Hercules can be reunited with his family, if Iolaus sells himself into slavery to a vicious and repulsive landowner. Iolaus ends up falling in love with the landowner's young and beautiful wife who was more or less sold to him as well and she too is treated as an object of abuse and derision by the landowner. If anyone here can find this or tell me the web page it's stored at, I'd be so grateful for the help and kindness. Any other het stories with Iolaus would be great too! Also, if anyone knows of a cache of het stories involving CSI's gorgeous Gil Grissom or Law & Order:Criminal Intent's, big, beautiful Bobby Goren I know AFF.net is the best for 'adult' stories, but I'm trying to collect as many as possible before the authors may lose their interest in these and move onto other fandoms.
