Usually pronounced all long and drwan out, especially when someone does something ridiculously stupid. breast cheese - It's what that girl at the gym has, you know the one that's kind of butch dykish and hasn't showered all week and decides to work out before showering at the gym and it smells like cheese or cornmeal when she takes off her bra.
