What do you think about it? And what are you hoping to see? Personally I'm looking forward to seeing Mirkwood, Thranduil and the dragon and more of Middle Earth in general. The Elder Days is my favorite part of the whole thing series of stories. But, if they are really making a movie version of The Hobbit, yeah, I'd love to see more of Mirkwood, and Smaug being the major character HE is, I'm curious to see how exactly they make him look for this. I just hope he won't be a dragon like the one in "Eragon". Abd if the rumors are indeed true then we will see some things about The Silmarillion too; IF there will be two movies about the Hobbit, like the articles said.
