You don't, they will ignore your submission. This isn't a case of 'oh my work is so good i can submit it any old way and they will pick it up'. No, it doesn't work that way. You don't do as they ask, they hit the delete button on your submission, simple as that. Also, word to the wise, spelling and grammar DOES COUNT! No, they aren't grammar Nazis and will provide an editor to work with you if you are picked up but put your best foot forward as they will ignore horribly unedited work.
