When he questions her about her fidelity, pissed off, she doesn't answer so he's left to assume. He asks her something along the lines of "Did you give him that which is mine?" They fight on the bed or something, I think he sniffs her crotch to see if another man's scent is on her. There is one scene where to get back at him, she sticks his toothbrush "up there" so that he will pick up her scent when he used it. She did some other stuff like pleasure herself on his bed so he could get her scent there too. Kirk seeing all of this calls them down for a private meeting and plays mediator/judge. He asks her what she did, what he did, why they are fighting, and so on. Somewhere in the story, Uhura is wearing red panties because red is Spock's favorite color. McCoy comes to cheer her up and ends up staying the night due to talking. Spock knocks on her door and there he is, or maybe he sees him leaving. This just fuels his assumptions. More fighting, he sees the panties and asks "are these for him/did you wear these for him?" When they get back together and he asks about the panties, she mentioned something about wearing red until they back together because it was his favorite color. Happy ending. I'm seeing too many of my favorite fics lost due to deleted journals so I want to find them quick, copy them to word and save them. I first found out about this fic on fandom!secrets and here's the thread that it was mentioned. Someone gave me the link in a comment I think. I looked everywhere, seriously, I have. I've searched my email box for the comment and got nothing. It was either mpreg or implied mpreg since there wasn't a birth scene. I went to F!S, started at the thread where I thought I got it and worked my way back to 2009 looking at comments in ST secrets. I've searched the mpreg/breakup/cheating/infidelity/kidfic/pregnancy tags in the kickspock/st_xi_kink/st_xi_kink_meme on delicious, mpreg/pregnant on ksarchive, pregnant!kirk tag in star_trek_mpreg, tags theme:mpreg and genre:mpreg in st_ficfinder, mpreg/pregnant Jim at ff.net , made a post in the ff.net forums which I swear no one checks , searched google, searched my username in various comms because I thought I had asked for it before and have asked in a shit ton of comms, which I'm sorry for, and now making a actual post via Ao3 and FF.net. In the fic Spock believes he's infertile/sterile and male!Jim ends up getting pregnant. Spock obviously thinks Jim has cheated. Due to this not looking good at all, Jim is discharged from Starfleet and him and Spock break up. Five years later while Jim is working as a waiter/waitress(?) in Gaila's diner/restaurant, Spock comes in alone. He has no idea Jim works there. A little girl is tugging on her dad's pants and he says something like "Amanda Georgina Spock/Amanda Winona KirkSpock!" (you know when you're in trouble when your parents use your full name). This catches Spock's attention and the girl notices Spock. Jim finally sees Spock, scoops up his kid and runs out of the diner. He gets them settled into a truck and drive off. Gaila stops Spock from going after them but due to being a romantic, she tells Spock where Jim lives. Spock goes over to the house, I think they fight on the couch/living room but it ends up happy/sex. Ring any bells? It's not a WIP. It had an ending. Where else can I look? I'm starting to think I made it up. :/ I will update once found. Please comment if you know of the fic and it's location. Edit: Apparently Kirk accused of cheating, Spock thinking he's infertile/sterile, them breaking up, Jim working at a cafe/diner/restaurant, kid having some for of the name Amanda if a girl, and Spock finding out at the end is a common theme.
