Since it doesn't go beyond the one chapter, I'm really not sure about this one -is this classified as plagiarism, or just a completely unoriginal author? I don't know about this one. I sent you an e-mail already about author's other fic. I've never really been a fan of putting characters from a fandom into another work - XO is one thing, but this isn't even close. I'll look at it a bit more closely though, and see if that's the only thing done. If so, then no, not plagiarism if they've not lifted the lines from the movie script and such.
