  1. While I am not all that interested in Gundam as a fandom, I may check that out as well. Thanks for the heads up.
  2. Well, this topic is quite intriguing and the posts are quite well informed and well thought out. I'm impresssed. As for the topic itself, I've come across the notion of a fully functional hemaphrodite and had to almost wince. In medical terms, there is no such thing. As in a male, with decidedly female genitalia but a pronounced clitoris (I've no idea if it's acceptable to use that erm, so please forgive it if it's not allowed) or any variation of the physical malformations that constitute a hermaprodite almost never achieve full function unless they become one or the other, both in arousal/ejaculation/orgasm or in terms of bearing children. At least from all of the medical journals I've read. Yes, the topic has intersted me enough to research it. The idea of a being born neither one or the other, or both, depending on how you look at it, is intellectually appealing. As for being disgusted, I think the answer is obvious, yes? Very little disgusts me and none of it has to do with gender specifics or orientation in any way. About the only thing I couldn't take, in a hemaphrodite story or any other, is the kind of rape story that allows for the hentai-sponsored enjoyment of that act simply because they've never experienced sex or have become somehow aroused enough to want more half-way through even though the begining was as painful and humiliating as it is in reality. Other than that, and M-preg, which when dealing with the innerfunctions of hemaphrodite physiology is physically impossible, I've no problem with anything . . . at all. The fact that there actually is a male-centered, that is a decidely male physicality with a vagina, fic out there isn't all that surprising, though I've yet to see it posted let alone take on the life of futanari. I shall have to take a look since you have peaked my interest.
  3. Congrats. Have fun. I've been and it's beautiful. Check out a luau on Oahu, one of the larger islands with better clubs than the main island in that they're less crowded. The one I went to had fire dancing. It was unbelievable. I bet it's even better when you're not footing the bill, as I assume from someone taking you.
  4. Well, this is an interesting deversion. I had to try it, seeing as how Dante's Inferno is perhaps my favorite literary marvel of all time. So, the results, please . . . The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Sixth Level of Hell - The City of Dis! Here is how you matched up against all the levels: Level | Score Purgatory | Very Low Level 1 - Limbo | Moderate Level 2 | Very High Level 3 | High Level 4 | Low Level 5 | Low Level 6 - The City of Dis | Very High Level 7 | Very High Level 8- the Malebolge | Moderate Level 9 - Cocytus | Moderate Level descriptions: http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-information.html Take the test: http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-test.mv
  5. Hello all. I've been posting a few stories on here for Naruto myself, so I know how demanding the muse can be. But I'd like to make a request. I want to read an AU/college/non-ninja-verse setting Naruto fic, yaoi preferable, with the pairing as SasuNaru or NaruSasu. The premise being that Naruto is ill, in need of a heart transplant or dealing with cancer. The basis for their relationship should not start as patients of the same hospital or anything like that. I've seen far too many mental health issue stories where they get together that way. It's unrealistic to me, having been hospitalized many times in my life, to think of starting, let alone continuing a relationship where both of the participants are ill in some way. So, I'll leave that up to whoever sees this and thinks it's enough of a challenge to try their hand at it. I'd like for all to keep in mind that I'm looking for a story that is more rooted in reality where the medical jargon and techniques are concerned, not that they should be a major factor in the story. It's just that I've also seen far too many stories where the author(s) seems to have taken all their medical drama/hospitalizations from TV rather than how it truly happens. I'd like it to be a chapter story as opposed to a oneshot. They should be either late teens or older. And I don't want every single character, alive or dead, from the Naruto franchise there. I'm not trying to be harsh, but I've read so much fanfiction for this fandom that I love and that happens quite often. It detracts from the main pairing(s) and the main plot line. Also, no bitter ending please. I don't want to read all that drama and then have Naruto dying at the end. I've been itching to read something like this for a long time. I've been floating about so many posting sites trying to find a good one, and have now discovered that I can, in fact, request one. If anyone's interested, or would like to discuss it in more detail, PM me, I guess. I'm not really sure how this particular forum works in that regard. Because of that I'm also enclosing my personal e-mail address below. Can you tell how badly I want this fic written? my address
  6. Yeah, I saw that too. If admin could take care of it soon, that would be great. I hate seeing duplicate stories but I can understand a double post if it doesn't show up fast enough or you're not sure you did it right. But that is just ridiculous. It smacks of juvenile attention seeking and really irritates me. Take care of it soon please!
  7. I'm looking for a beta reader for my story 'The Fall of the Dogs of War'. It's a Naruto fandom story. It is also a Naru/Sasu or Sasu/Naru wichever way you want to look at it. Basically, and specifically, I need sopmeone good who can go through perhaps the last few chapters posted, not much more than that, and critique and polish the grammar and diction a little. I've been told, and have noticed, that my detail and word choices are lacking in style and sometimes detract from the main body of work in the chapter because I overdo it. I'm not happy about that, but am more than willing to improve on it with the help of a good beta to edit/critique/comment honestly, but not brutally. I'm alos in no way looking for someone to re-write whole sections. If it really is that bad, comment on it and I'll take care of it. Anyone willing to help, please, please feel free to contact me here, or send me a mail message here: littledutchgrl24@yahoo.com
  8. Hello, I've been working on a Naruto fanfic based off of recent manga chapters, only taking them further to what, in my opinion, the end of the series could/should turn out like. It hasn't received as many reviews as I'd like so I'm asking for people to check it out. Title: The Fall of the Dogs of War Author: dolphina23 and collaboration from Cupricanka Summary: The end of an era can bring great turmoil, or so they say. Witness as the Akatsuki fall, Naruto is injured in more than just body and Sasuke is forced to return to a place he would rather let rot . . . Pairing: Sasuke/Naruto possibly a little Hinata/Naruto depending on how the story goes Rating: Adult URL: http://naruto.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600096973 I've been told in the reviews I have received that it's good, but the views and reviews have petered off and I wanted to try to vamp them up a bit. There are spoilers so click back if you don't want to hear about them. I incorporated Naruto's family and my own logic behind why he wasn't told about them along with mentions of Jiraiya's death, another character death in the story itself along with resolutions for all the plot holes so far in the series and a few I added. An original character is present but the set-up relates the character to the actual Naruto storyline very well, almost as if that could happen in the manga somewhere down the line. There is male/male sexual interaction, perhaps some heterosexual as I said, so if that isn't what you like, of course, I'm not expecting that to change. But, I really would like for more people to view and leave comments and critique, even the constructive kind.
  9. Okay, I have the story up now! I had a friend use their computer to upload it and it worked just fine though it at first did the same thing mine did. But, as long as it's here and I can edit and add to it, it doesn't matter.
  10. Okay, here's the deal. I have been trying to upload this story for hours. I go to the Add Story directory or whatever it's called and follow all the steps like it said in the help forum on this site. I get al the way to the end where it says how I want to upload the file. That is, I put in the title, the summary, the disclaimer, where I want it, and the sub-category. I'm already in the sub-category, too, because it mentioned something about my needing to be in it. Then, when it asks for the file, I upload off my desktop, where the file is. I changed the file type to htm/html so it would load right. I don't want to use the txt or the text only section because it screws up the format. I lose the underlining, the bold and the italics that way and it looks wierd. I just tried it again because the other person writing with me said that sometimes she had to try again when it kicks you back to the Add Story begining. Am I making it clear? Does this make any sense? Is it my computer? Any help would be great.
  11. I need help understanding why I can't find my story. I've tried uploading it several times in the html format following all the instructions I found on the forum and it keeps kicking me back to the begining when I click Add Story. Can anyone help? I would REALLY appreciate being able to upload this without further aggrivation.
  12. I'm looking for any fics related to Junjo Romantica. I have only been able to find one on FF.com and none on this site. Please, somebody tell me there's more out there or, at the very least, someone willing to write a few.
