http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095588 sorry this took so long. Long story, short: I got a new job. Hope you enjoy

I'm now legally old enough to drink; although I'll never want to.

Happy birthday! And drinking is totally overrated.
-
Thanks guys, really appreciate it
-
My birthday tends to be ignored in RL… even the 40th went unacknowledged, so I know the pain….
-
I’m going to be frank, I don’t like stories that just copy and paste old material and ad next to nothing new to make it fresh. To me, that’s just lazy.

I wasn’t referring to anything related to the site. I was just thinking out loud.

Aw, I apologize for the misunderstanding. As you can tell, plagiarism is among the worst sins on this website.
Now, if I was feeling mischievous, had the extra time and inclination to do so, I could be tempted to write a story about a plagiarist and use the tag [plagiarist] on it….

::snickers::
Des is right, though. Plagiarism is one of the things we really do take seriously, and we do take a bit of pride in our reputation for dealing quickly with any plagiarism reported to us.

http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095370 here's another fanfic for ya. Now I'm gonna get started on my very first crossover!
-
http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095365 pretty short but still sweet and to the point. Next time we'll be dealing with a boy needing some comfort time with his Mom
-
http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095360 told ya it'd be short. Now for sex time we're going to be dealing with an elderly couple reigniting their sex life
-
http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095357 finally done with that one. Next time I'm doing a fanfic involving a genius and a warrior (it'll be short this time, I promise)

When watching a movie/tv show, I always remember what my Dad told me as a kid: "When [characters] talk, they tell a story."
-
Sometimes I get an idea for a story and as I start writing, it becomes much longer and more complex than initially planned.
-
http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095305 and it's done. Next story is about two girls who couldn't be more different, yet they're perfect for each other

http://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600095297 it's finally done. Now I can finally move on to my next project, which is a story of a boy (again) helping a friend in need

I'll be honest: I don't like rushing. I've always hated having to get a story done every week instead of taking my time to make it something I'm proud of. That's why I gave up on deadlines this year and decided to take my time with my stories.
-
I honestly didn't think I'd be writing here for 2 years straight. I initially was just going to do Lilo's Lesbian Night and that's it. But then I got more ideas for fanfics, and the rest is history. Thanks for all the support guys and happy holidays

Unpopular opinion: I hate A Christmas Story; I hate the characters, I hate the story and I hate that infamous line "You'll shoot your eye out." -.-
-
I've asked myself this a lot when writing: does the length of a chapter matter?
-
It both does and doesn’t matter. In the end, it down to how much you wish to convey in a chapter to make your point. Onthe pragmatic, a really long chapter takes longer for the reader, and details might clutter; but a really short chapter might not have the depth you’re desiring (and readers constantly having to click for the next one). For each of my stories, I’ve got numbers in my head, a range, that if I’m too low or too high, I evaluate what I’m trying to do with the chapter, then decide to cut/add material, or merge/split chapters. More often, its on the high side and I’m splitting chapters.
-
Thanks a lot man
-
DP’s response is right on the money. I would add that a chapter should finish at a place that feels like a natural break in the story but that also whets the reader’s appetite for more. So the length of the chapter ought to be determined, in part, by how long it takes to reach such a point.

You know what's been bothering me all year? Matthew Santoro was domestically abused by his ex, Nicole Arbour, and she wasn't arrested for her actions. Fuck Nicole Arbour >:(

Writing is like losing weight; its hard work, but you make noticeable progress as you keep going.
