Unpopular Opinion: I hate Everybody Hates Chris; it's unfunny, the characters are horrible, the writing is piss and the moral "everything that can go wrong, will no matter how hard you try" is a horrible lesson to teach. And I was offended as a black person by this show, need I say more? -.-

My brother and sister can't get enough of it and most reviews I've read praised the show. So, yeah it's a pretty unpopular opinion; I'm just glad I'm not the only one who hates the show.

Well, you make some good points; especially when you consider the millions of copies sold. I actually haven't read the book myself (I know, I know: not recommend) but the reviews I've heard range from "this is so poorly written" to "this was originally Twilight fan fiction, and it shows."

Okay, but why publish it if it was originally meant for the author's own self-gratification? I mean, I certainly wouldn't write a book about BDSM as my first novel (mostly because I'm not a fan of that type of porn).
