Hi guys! I am a first timer and in need of a little feedback. I have 1043 hits but only six reviews and those are from only two people. Mostly they're from one fantastic reader who commented on every chapter. The main reason I have so many hits is because I have opened a Facebook page to promote my story. I have added many hardcore Supernatural fans to my page and post links to the story. Don't worry, I put very explicit warnings as to the content; explaining that people under 18 or who are upset by graphic sexual situations should absolutely not click the link. The thing is that I have cast a wide net and people who liked one chapter tended to go read the others when I alerted them to new posts. The problem is that we all know that a person opening your story and reading two lines still generates a hit whether they liked it or not. The lack of votes and reviews is disheartening. I don't even know if I want to keep writing. It takes a lot of time and I am pretty busy. By the way, the story is based on the television show “Supernatural” but I do include footnotes to explain certain things that non-viewers may not know. Also, the first two chapters are pretty much all sex but subsequent chapters really delve into the story (one chapter actually has no sex). My goal was to have it read like an actual episode from the show (just with some hardcore sex in it). I made every effort to remain true to the characters as they were created. They act and speak in ways that are (hopefully) consistent with the actual show. Is this enough for a disclaimer then? "I do not own Supernatural or the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story."

You're lucky they were nice to you. The person who told me to change my disclaimer seemed super pissed off. Lot's of all caps. Someone should tell her(?) that all caps in text mean they are screaming at you. Italics or underlining to emphasize a word would be sufficient; unless of course they really meant to be screaming at me. Yikes! DemonGoddess061 is super awesome though! She is incredibly friendly and welcoming and returns emails insanely fast! Yep, I love me some DemonGoddess061.
