I burnt some food this morning, and it STILL smells like smoke in here. Even after having the windows and doors open for several hours. My lesson of the day was not to use cheaply made dishes or oil to prepare pot stickers.

I buy pre-made ones.
But were impossible to cook today for some reason. I added the water to the pan, and it just exploded. lol -
Its taken me many years to master the art of the frozen potsticker!!

It is quite a tricky art, huh?
The whole idea of pouring water into a pan that has hot oil in it made my brain explode. XP
