The only one that I can think of, that GeorgeGlass hasn’t already mentioned is “Fixer”.
It’s a bit clichéd, I’ll grant you, but I’ve seen it used in both movies and TV shows, and it could fit. Although there might be a bit of implication that the person “fixes” uncomfortable situations, as in might have someone killed if you need them to be killed, etc. English is my second language, so I don’t always realise implications like that. 
On a different note, I kind of like that word GeorgeGlass suggested, “acquirer”, I might steal it one day

Once upon a time a user called DBZshotaboy wanted to be in a story so badly he asked everyone he could find to write about him. He asked the good writers. He asked the bad writers. He even asked the Naruto fandom, but nobody said “Yes.” In fact, besides a curious moderator, nobody said anything at all. This made DBZshotaboy very sad. Finally, JayDee, huddled in their pit, took pity on the plucky youngster and said “I’ll do you a story. He’d have to. There’s no worse universe-destroying paradox than accidentally handing a futuristic condom to one of your ancestors and preventing your own existence. Physicists call it a “temporal dick move.”

What are you waiting for?

I am working with an advantage over other authors in that respect as I have never seen an episode of Naruto, read a Naruto manga, played a Naruto video game or consumed any other form of Naruto media. The entire story will use half remembered details from a discussion I had with an anime fan cousin six months ago where she tried to persuade me Naruto was worth watching, and probably unavoidably bits of info I have unintentionally absorbed from looking at occasional discussion threads on here.
This is still more info than I had going into my DBZ story.
I am also going to do it for one of the dribs/drabs prompts I haven’t yet attempted and so will need to lever in the relevent words AND fit it into flashfic length, because I only ever do flashfic for the dribs/drabs prompts.
Why, nobody has yet asked, why JayDee would you first make such a challenge, and then write it? Well, I just really like the title. Really like it. Maybe too much.
It’s nice of you to say, but my talent ran dry years ago.

Obviously, we’re having a failure to comprehend here. The original poster has a challenge about an anime called “I Can.” Asking him to write a story about Pokemon is really not going to end well because he’s asking someone to write a story FOR HIM and it’s not about Pokemon.
Now, if you want to post your Pokemon related challenges to the Pokemon challenge thread, you might get some responses.

Yes, we’re working on tightening things up further.  Understand something, we are not an eCommerce site, thankfully, so credit card numbers, banking information, personal identifiers such as social security numbers are not something we ever ask our users for.  We don’t ever have a need to ask for that kind of critical information from a user.  No announcements will be made until everything is finished.  Kind of silly to do that if it takes awhile to get it done, yes?

Also told our hosting company which files were being used, and the time frame.  They were able to trace down the user and BLOCK them entirely.

I’ve not heard anything about an SQL injection.  If there was one, the hosting company would have informed me of such.  They’re very good about that, and do monitor

And googling the interwebs to find out the name of the intro-song in Death Note, I somehow stumbled upon fan fiction. Surprisingly enough, the Pit instantly felt all kinds of wrong, so I never ventured there. Somewhere in these aimless wanderings of the dark alleys of the World Wide Web, I stumbled across of all things, a Supernatural fan fiction, and since that was another silly thing I liked, I followed that rabbit and found AFF. 
I honestly can’t remember exactly how it happened, but I do remember that it had something to do with Supernatural, Death Note, and Bleach, and then in the process I not only discovered AFF but also my favourite band, Nightmare.
