  1. Ooh, this one is close, but not quite the one that I remember. The one I'm thinking of was definitely english - think Terry Pratchett if he wrote slash fiction :3 There were no cars; it was a bit olden-day and there was only about 4 main characters But this one looks cool as well
  2. Sorry for reopening this, but the story sounded interesting so I attempted to find it - I can't see it at all! Can you provide the actual author's name, or a link maybe? Thanks lots
  3. I definitely remember this story; it was one of my all-time favourites It's called ' A Divine (Slightly Romantic) Comedy' and ' A Divine (Slightly Romantic) Sequel' along with various oneshots, by Ehlonna Bloodstorm. Unfortunately hasn't been updated since 2009. She stopped suddenly, which made me very sad, but they haven't been taken down.
  4. I can't remember the author or the title of this story - all I can remember was that it was very well-written and I immensely enjoyed reading it. It was about a boy who gets kidnapped and goes on a journey with a super-hot guy... various interesting side characters turn up, like the head of the Assassin's Guild and some boy who looked like a girl. All I do remember is that it was published some years ago, and I think it was never finished. I'd be really grateful if someone knows it; I'm feeling way nostalgic and have been searching for it for months. Thanks in advance!
  5. Madlodger - yes, it is! Thanks so much! They seem to have taken down the first story - disappointing, because it was great, but I loved this one as well. There's no hint why D: You are a legend!
  6. Hi! I was reading two, connected stories set in space/the future/i can't really remember and I can't remember either of the names or the name of the author. I can remember important plot points - it (fortunately/unfortunately? depending on your preferences) contained much MUCH forced sex, the first story was about a girl who would transform into large hot man who turned out to be about the most powerful being in the universe, and the sequel was about her son who picked up a boy who had been drugged and abused in a brothel. There were aliens and mages and explosions (oh my!), and I don't know if it helps, but I think that the titles might have been all capitalized. I'm really interested in the first one - it was so cool! It would be so awesome if anyone knows what I'm talking about . Thanks very much ! JS
  7. From the viewpoint of one of the legion who hasn't written (well, published) anything and tends not to review (sorry guys~) I find it difficult to actually express myself in a review. There are so many stories that I've read that were good; it's just that nothing really caught my eye enough to comment on. Most of the time when I want to comment, I've only got something critical to say. A lot of people take critical reviews very badly and start complaining about being flamed, even if you really didn't write it with bad intentions - so I just don't leave those kinds of reviews if I like the story for fear of the author taking it the wrong way. Also, I don't find much point in leaving the one-sentence "omg xxx is so funny update please" reviews. So it's all added up to me saying not very much at all :/ I think there's a lack of constructive feedback, not because we generally dislike your story, but because there's this whole sense on the site that unless the review is positive, then it's worthless - a troll, a flame. Please don't take a lack of reviews as a bad indication because yes, the bad things are much more likely to catch the attention of the reader than the good things, but if we're not pointing them out to you that probably means we don't want to discourage you. There are the few, the brave, the constructive reviewers like megadeath425 above that have overcome that inherent shyness, and we salute you. But it kinda does seem from your post that you're not taken seriously despite being exactly the kind of reviewer that most people claim to want, which I think is a sad reflection on not all the authors, but enough of a minority that has ruined it for the rest.
